Information & Policy

1. Design your bag in the studio — your colors, your logo, your name on it.

2. Pay the $325 setup fee. That covers your real physical sample and mockup photos, and unlocks your own shareable page and dashboard.

3. Share your link. Supporters or customers buy directly from your page — you never hold inventory or ship anything.

4. We produce and ship every order (7–10 weeks from purchase, starting once your sample photos are approved).

Buyers pay $100 per bag plus $15 standard shipping per unit — $115 total per bag, charged to each buyer at their own checkout. Expedited ($35/unit) and international ($45/unit) shipping are available as alternatives.

Under 15 units: 25% per unit ($25 of each $100 sale); the platform keeps 75%.

At 15 units and above: 40% per unit ($40 of each $100 sale); the platform keeps 60%.

This is retroactive. Once your campaign reaches 15 units, the 40% rate applies to every unit sold — including the first 14. A campaign that stops at 14 units stays at the 25% rate.

There's no minimum required to keep your campaign open — 15 units is simply the benchmark where your rate steps up to 40% on every unit sold.

Campaigns stay open and active until you close them yourself from your dashboard.

When you're ready to fulfill, use "Close & Send to Production" in your dashboard. Production and shipping to each individual supporter begins from that point — 7–10 weeks, starting after your sample photos are approved.

Before your campaign can go live, you complete a short payment-processor setup — a few details and your bank account. It takes a couple of minutes and happens right after your setup fee is paid.

After that, earnings pay out automatically as sales happen. Your cut of each order is transferred to your bank on that order's payment. No invoicing, no waiting for a payout request.

Supporters

Full refund available any time before your order enters production. Once an order is in production it's a custom-made item and is no longer refundable, except for a manufacturing defect. If a refund happens after the organizer's cut was already paid out, that portion is reversed as part of the refund.

Organizers

The $325 setup fee is non-refundable once your physical sample enters production, regardless of how many units the campaign later sells — it covers the real cost of building that sample. Earnings already paid out on completed supporter sales are yours to keep even if the campaign is later closed.
